Types of Filters

Filter By Channel

Channel means digital channel. In other words, where is the marketing happening. Channels are things like Paid Search, Display Advertising, Influencer Marketing; and all the Social Channels like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, reddit, and more.

Filter By Industry

This filter can help you narrow down results to reports within your brand's industry, or any other industry.

Remember:

"Look within your industry for information and outside your industry for inspiration" — Marisa Thalberg, CMO @ Lowes (Prev. Estee Lauder)

Filter By Objective

This means filtering by marketing objectives like "Grow a Social Following", "Increase Conversion Rate", or "Gain Email Subscribers". If you're trying to accomplish a specific goal, but don't know the best way to do it yet, filtering by objective is a good option.

Filter By Methodology

This means filtering by the different methodologies found in our Research Menu.

How Filters Work

  • Once you click a filter, the reports you see in the Insight Library are automatically filtered. There's no 'enter' button to apply filters.
  • You can select multiple filters from a single drop-down at the same time.
  • You can select multiple filters from *multiple* drop-downs at the same time.
  • Clear all filters by clicking the "Clear Filters" button on the right-hand side.
