By default, any custom research pieces that are requested by our clients are not available to the public.
However, every piece of research that our team produces is uploaded to the Insight Library and can be viewed by other paying clients. This is a core piece of our business model and is ultimately the way that we're able to offer such affordable pricing to brands.
Custom research pieces will not be uploaded to the Insight Library if they include any confidential information pertaining to a client. Any sensitive information that is shared with RightMetric will never be shared with anyone outside of RightMetric.
