Insight Q&A Sessions

 

In addition to access to the Insight Library, as part of your subscription with RightMetric you have access to our whip smart team of strategists and researchers. 

What an Insight Q&A Session Is

  • A chance for your team to ask clarifying questions about any of the case studies and insights in the RightMetric Insight Library.
  • A chance for you to make requests for specific new case studies that you'd like our team to create and add to the Library.
  • A chance for the RightMetric research team to ask you about your current challenges and priorities. Understanding these will help drive the relevance of future case studies.

Guidelines for Insight Q&A Sessions

  • Please come to the session with specific questions and/or discussion topics in mind.
  • Please send questions to your Client Success Manager at least 2 business days ahead of the session to allow our team to prepare.
  • If several people are joining from your team, please ask everyone to turn on their webcam and participate in the conversation.
  • If you'd like to use a Q&A Session to request custom case studies, please keep the guidelines and process for requesting a custom case study in mind.

How to request an Insight Q&A Session

  • Insight Q&A Sessions can be requested as needed from your Client Success Manager. Just ask, and they'll arrange a time that works. 
  • Please send questions to your Client Success Manager at least 2 business days ahead of the session to allow our team to prepare.

Limitations & Caveats for Insight Q&A Sessions

  • At maximum, we can arrange one Q&A session per calendar month per client.
  • Please come prepared. To make the best use of everyone's time, we don't offer generalized case study slide presentations in Q&A Sessions. The best way to prepare is to read any case studies that will be discussed in the session in advance of the meeting.
